The closest town to the Campground is Nairn Centre. At only 5km away it has a truck stop to fulfill all your gas and diesel needs as well as a 24 hour restaurant! Just across the road is Lauriers Country Store where not only can you buy your groceries but you can by everything from beer to fishing bait and tackle, camping supplies, Canadian made souvenirs, propane exchange, plus lots more

Espanola

At only 15 minutes away Espanola is home to many ameneites including such things as a shopping mall, two grocery stores, a hospital, golf course, Northern Ontario's first salt water swimming pool, leisure complex with gym, library,  ski hill plus the usual necessities of Tim Hortons, McDonalds,  Wendy's and a Chinese Restaurant

Sudbury

About 45 minutes drive away in the city of Greater Sudbury. Sudbury is geographically the largest city in Ontario. Manitoulin Island

Not quite an hour away is beautiful Manitoulin Island,a unique scenic region, where Native life and legend meld with European history to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. The island town of Manitowaning was the first European settlement, whilst Wikwemikong remains the only unceded Indian Reserve in Canada.
